Skinnytaste Dinner Plan (Week 79)

Skinnytaste Dinner Plan (Week 79). Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend! Here’s the new meal plan for the week, hard to believe this is the 79th one! Let me know if you find these meal plans helpful and if I should continue sharing each week. If you would like to see some of the previous week’s dinner plans, click here.

Pictured below is The Skinnytaste Meal Planner where I plan my dinners for the week (you can of course use any meal planner). Meal planning is a great way to get organized before heading to the supermarket to get ready for the week! My breakfast is usually something quick like eggs with fruit, a smoothie or avocado toast. We’re a family of four, so if a recipe serves more, it’s either packed up for everyone’s lunch or eaten the next day as leftovers.

  1. These are my go to when meal planning with weight watchers! Thank you so much for posting delicious easy to make recipes. My husband and I BOTH enjoy every last forkful. 🙂

  2. Please keep sharing!! I am officially a stay at home Mom as of tomorrow and one of my goals that I have set for my new “career ” is to follow your weekly meal plan!!! I am excited to hopefully have the time and energy to make your glorious food each week.

Of course I could continue to pick the meals myself each week from your website, but it is so much simpler to havebit done for me!

  3. I second the yes yes please!  I recently found your site and this has literally been a godsend for my husband and I adjusting to working full time with an active toddler running around and no more help from our in laws….
The planning is amazing and so far literally every recipe has been a hit!

  4. Definitely keep sharing! I plan my meals for the week entirely around your meal plans. I have lost 30 lbs over the last year with your help. I have shared your website and pulled your weekly meal plans up on my phone to show many of my friends, family, and coworkers so they too can benefit from your site. Your hard work does not go unused or unrecognized! Thank you!

  5. These meal plans and your planner have been my saving grace this year!! Please keep posting.  My family and I are so grateful.

  6. I just discovered your website and am obsessed with your recipes. Please continue to share your meal plans!
Favs we’ve tried so far are the Ahi Tuna Poke, Poblanos Rellanos, and the chicken zucchini noodle caprese!
    Thank you so much!

  7. I love the weekly planner posts – I may not follow them all the time but when I am in a rut I always turn to them for ideas. Thank you for all that you do, it is appreciated and so helpful in my weight loss journey!

  8. Yes please continue! We dropped our Blue Apron and are using your menu in replacement and its so much healthier and better! it makes grocery shopping so much easier too!

  9. These meal plans are wonderful!  They save me so much time. I wake up on Monday morning, print out the meal plan, go grocery shopping, and ta-da, dinner for the week! More importantly, they are meals that I feel, are nutritious and health-conscious, and I feel good feeding my family.  Oh! And they are delicious!

  10. Yes! Please continue sharing your meal plans! I use them every week to make sure I stay on track and don’t end up eating out. I love your recipes because they are a hit with the whole family – including my two littles.

  11. I love your recipes and site, but I’ve found that when I print from the button on a particular recipe, the margins are outside standard 8.5×11, so I lose some of the details and steps. And I have no way to adjust the print setting. Have you checked your print margins on those files? I love printing the recipes but am always frustrated by having to go back and write in the parts that are cut off.

  12. Yes, please keep posting your meal plans! I don’t always make all the recipes but I do look them over and see what will work for my family. We love your chicken and white bean enchiladas!

Gina, please do continue providing the weekly meal plans. A little over a year ago my husband was diagnosed with coronary artery disease. He has already lost both parents and a brother to this. The damage done to his arteries is caused by his body making too much cholesterol. There is nothing that can be done about the amount of cholesterol his body makes–it is genetic. But what we CAN do is make sure he eats a very low saturated fat diet. That’s where you and Skinneytaste come in. For the past year (since his diagnosis) I’ve been cooking only from your recipes. I love the weekly planner and that you mix the recipes up in a pleasing, varied menu for me. Thank you so much for all you do. We’ve seen my husband’s numbers come down in most of his blood work, and the doctors are very pleased. I can’t make this go away, but you are helping me to battle what I CAN control to keep my sweet husband alive. We are high school sweethearts and have been married for 41 years now. Thank you for what you are doing. You bless me EVERY day,

    1. Mary that is so wonderful his numbers are much better, and so sweet that you are married so long!! Thanks for sharing, I will continue to share as well.

  14. Love your meal plans! They are always a starting place for my own meal plans!! Thank you for your recipes too!

  15. I very much appreciate the meal plans and check them weekly as I plan my grocery shopping. Half of my family is dairy allergic, so some of the recipes are out, but you have such a wide variety of options that I always find some inspiration. Thanks!

  16. I make a lot of your recipes, they are so easy and tasteful! My husband is a vegetarian, so I would love more vegetarian recipes if you’re up for it. Thank you for your meal plans!

    1. You are welcome! You know if you click on the V under the recipe key on the website it will show you all the vegetarian recipes.

  17. YES! YES! Please continue sharing your weekly meal plan with us! I look forward to it every week and get so many great ideas for my meal planning. I love that you bring back some of your older recipes that I may have forgotten about. Thanks for all your hard work! PS: I made your Lightened Up Crème Brûlée French Toast (speaking of old blog posts) for our Father’s Day brunch this morning – it was SO great. Another keeper!

  18. I made your sofrito chicken last night since I hadn’t made it in a while. My boyfriend took one bite and said it was delicious. Tonight I’m making Salisbury steak which is one of his favorites.
