Happy Saturday! Week 17 of sharing my weekly dinner plans. I use The Skinnytaste Meal Planner pictured below to plan my dinners for the week (you can of course use any meal planner).
A 52-week meal planner, food tracker and exercise tracker in one. I’ve included the Smart Points next to the recipes since I am currently on Weight Watchers. Also, if you have The Skinnytaste Cookbook, and currently on Weight Watchers, I have all the Smart Points listed here for your convenience.
Meal planning is a great way to get organized before heading to the supermarket to get ready for the week! My breakfast is usually something quick like eggs with fruit, a smoothie or avocado toast. We’re a family of four, so if a recipe serves more, it’s either packed up for everyone’s lunch or eaten the next day as leftovers. If you would like to see some of the previous week’s dinner plans, click here.

The buffalo chicken looks great, but I'm curious how the sp for this are so much lower than all the other stuffed chicken rolls on your site?
Which recipe are you referring to? There was a mistake on the chicken zucchini roll, it's 5 each like this one.
I'm so excited about making the pasta and broccoli! How have I never thought of this?
We love it!
These all look amazing !
That broccoli pasta dish is one of my all time favorite Skinnytaste meals 🙂
🙂
I love the shrimp stack! Is it 5 sp for one or two of them?
For 1
That Shrimp Stack is honestly one of my favorites! The buffalo chicken looks incredibly delicious, need to try that one asap! Thanks for sharing!

Thank you!
OK. What is the meal to the right of the logo? Looks so good!
It's the steak with an egg on top.
I added the Buffalo chicken to my meal plan. Sounds delish!
Great!
Tuesday looks delicious!! I cannot wait.
So the Laughing Cow has discontinued their blue cheese flavor. Any suggestions for a substitution for a low fat creamy blue cheese?
Just FYI, I made them with 3 oz. of low fat cream cheese and 1 oz of blue cheese… Comes out to almost the same calories and it tasted awesome :). 4 wedges of laughing cow=280 cal, my cheese sub=320 cal.
Good to know!
These all look delicious. I'm definitely saving the stuffed buffalo chicken breasts for later. My husband is a total wing sauce NUT!
Those spicy shrimp stacks…yum!
Right!
Thanks for providing the SP for the cookbook! I noted all of them next to the recipe for easy reference. For the Butternush Squash and Spinach Lasagna Rolls, the cookbook reference says 4 SP but the online recipe says 5. Just wanted to let you know! I made them for lunches this week — yum!
Hmm, good to know! I will figure out which is right
LOVE these!! Also on Weight Watchers and love that you provide the Smart Points AND a shopping list … almost 100% foolproof!! THANK YOU!! Linda
Awesome, so happy it's helpful!
