Mango Lassi is a healthy, sweet Indian fro yo smoothie made with fresh mango, greek yogurt and milk. I used fat free yogurt and milk to keep it light. It’s delicious and a wonderful way to start your day, or enjoy this with a nice Indian dish like chicken curry.

Another smoothie recipe I love using greek yogurt is my Very Berry Banana Fro Yo Shake. For an on-the-go filling and protein packed smoothie, I also enjoy PB + J Smoothie or this Superfood PB Banana and Cacao Green Smoothie.

When my husband and I were in college, we made frequent visits to the Hampton Chutney Co. in Amagansett for their mango lassi. We have been off of Long Island for almost 10 years now. I had no idea mango lassi was so easy to make. I made it for us both this morning and it brought back great memories.
Thank you!
Eek. No idea what we did wrong, but it didn't turn out. Good thing we are going out for Indian food next weekend!
I made this today, yum yum! The only difference is I made mine with Almond Milk and Chobani Mango yogurt. Delicious!
OMG had this last night and it was so good!!!!!
I just made this mango recipe, to keep it super light, I just cut milk and honey and still delicious. You just have to pick a ripe mango
Thanks for recipe..
i just made this recipe, and it is SO TASTY! i love being able to get my fresh fruit in a different way.
one note, though: as i put this recipe into my Points Plus calculator, it is actually 5 points per serving (with this recipe making 3 servings), not 4. just something to keep in mind!
Can you convert this to the new Points Plus? Thanks!
considering i just bought a mango yesterday, this will be on the top of my list to make today ((i've made 4 of your recipes between yesterday and today and i haven't had a complaint about 1) thank you!!!!
i just bought a mango and this is what i'll be making 🙂
Hi Maggie,
I don’t have a standard serving size, they all vary depending on the recipe or who I’m feeding that day. For the most part they are usually 4-6 people but I always note it in the recipe.
Gina,
My weight watcher group is having a summer salad potluck. I was looking through your wonderful salad recipes and was wondering… is there a standard serving size that you have for your recipes? If so…. how big is a serving?
Any yogurt-based smoothie has a special place in my heart. Lassis are just so refreshing and sweet, hard to feel bad about them!
That looks absolutely delish!! I love mano lassi.
I am drooling.

Yes mango lassi is a very sumptuous and filling drink.Only for the diabetic to watch for the sugar because mango is very high in the sugar content.
