Only thing I do differently is sprinkle garlic powder after salt/pepper seasoning. Might also be good to try lemon pepper.
It was so easy. This turned out perfect! Thank you!
Do you have a recommended olive oil spritzer? On Amazon I see prices from about $10 to $30!

Delicious! Make sure you dry the asparagus after washing or they will steam and not roast.

If you are using an olive oil spritzer, how much olive oil do you estimate per spritz?
It’s less than a teaspoon
I sprinkle lemon pepper salt on my asparagus. My husband and I love it.
This is the perfect – and IMHO ONLY – way to serve asparagus! I love to top it with lemon zest. It’s bright, colorful and adds just the right zing.
I hate mushy asparagus so I decided to try this last night since I was baking a piece of salmon at 400 degrees and my Mom wanted asparagus.. It was so good that the three of us finished off the entire bunch. The only change I made was to leave off the pepper and add some minced garlic instead.
