Skinnytaste Meal Plan (November 18-November 24)

A free 7-day flexible weight loss meal plan including breakfast, lunch and dinner and a shopping list. All recipes include calories and WW Points.

Skinnytaste Meal Plan (November 18-November 24)
Meal Plan

So while it seems that winter has made an early appearance here in the northeast, I was lucky to be away with family and friends in a beautiful (and warm) place for the week. Back to reality though! Check out recipes for your slow cooker for those cold days when you just want to come home to a warm meal.

While I was away, WW changed their plan to now include a Blue, Purple and Green Plan. All the recipes on my blog that say Freestyle are actually the Blue plan so nothing changes with them. Green is the old Smart Points plan, and Purple is the old Simply Filling Plan. Since I didn’t have early access to the new WW updates, it will take me and my team some time to go back to all my recipes (over 2000) and update them. I am working hard on it so please be patient. Of course, nothing changes to the recipes themselves.

Why Should Everyone Meal Plan?

Meal planning is a great way to organize your meals for the week ahead. You also save time and money in the supermarket! And of course, planning ahead helps you stick to your goals!

About The Meal Plan

If you’re new to my meal plans, I’ve been sharing these free, 7-day flexible healthy meal plans (you can see my previous meal plans here) that are meant as a guide, with plenty of wiggle room for you to add more food, coffee, beverages, fruits, snacks, dessert, wine, etc or swap recipes out for meals you prefer, you can search for recipes by course in the index. You should aim for around 1500 calories* per day.

There’s also a precise, organized grocery list that will make grocery shopping so much easier and much less stressful. Save you money and time. You’ll dine out less often, waste less food and you’ll have everything you need on hand to help keep you on track.

Lastly, if you’re on Facebook join my Skinnytaste Facebook Community where everyone’s sharing photos of recipes they are making, you can join here. I’m loving all the ideas everyone’s sharing! If you wish to get on the email list, you can subscribe here so you never miss a meal plan!

Also, if you don’t have the Skinnytaste Meal Planner, now would be a great time to get one to get organized for 2019! There was a print error last year, but it’s perfect now! You can order it here!

THE DETAILS:

Breakfast and lunch Monday-Friday, are designed to serve 1 while dinners and all meals on Saturday and Sunday are designed to serve a family of 4. Some recipes make enough leftovers for two nights or lunch the next day. While we truly believe there is no one size fits all meal plan, we did our best to come up with something that appeals to a wide range of individuals. Everything is Weight Watchers friendly, I included the updated WW Blue SP for your convenience, feel free to swap out any recipes you wish or just use this for inspiration!

The grocery list is comprehensive and includes everything you need to make all meals on the plan. I’ve even included brand recommendations of products I love and use often. Cross check your cabinets because many condiments you’ll notice I use often, so you may already have a lot of them.

And last, but certainly not least, this meal plan is flexible and realistic. There’s plenty of wiggle room for cocktails, healthy snacks, dessert and dinner out. And if necessary, you can move some things around to make it work with your schedule. Please let me know if you’re using these plans, this will help me decide if I should continue sharing them!

  1. Gina ,  I haven’t received any recipe from you since November 24th. Is there a reason why I have not received any?

  2. Love love love your meal plans! My life has gotten so much easier since I found them.

  3. Hi.
I was just wondering if you have any meals planned that have no dairy or soy.  As I have gotten older I have become allergic to the milk protein, casin (sp?) & soy.

  8. Once again, thank you Gina. My husband and I started your meal plans at the end of August and both of us are losing weight. Not only is my husband losing weight, but he had his three month blood work check up and ALL of his numbers came back better than ever. We love all of your recipes and can’t wait until Saturday mornings to see the weekly menu. We can’t thank you enough.

  9. I just discovered this plan and plan on trying it out! Thank you so much for sharing!

  10. I use your plans every week to meal plan.  I lost 100 lbs a couple years ago and your plans help me and my family stick to healthy weights.

Thank you for all you do,
    Mandy

  11. Your meals plans are always great, thank you.
I wanted to ask for an opinion, I saw circulating in other blogs this review about a custom keto diet, what are your thoughts about it because I thought of getting it but not entirely sure on it https://butwhyshouldyou.wordpress.com/2019/11/17/why-should-you-try-keto-diet/

  12. Love the meal plan, will you continue to post points plus values or is that going away? As long as you continue to post the nutrition facts that you do it shouldn’t be too much of an issue, but I do hope you keep PP. I understand that that might not be possible though :/

  13. Love the menus and grocery list! Is there anyway to print the groceries list all on one page?

  14. Thank you so much for sharing these menu plans!!  I have been on WW for over a year and use your plans as a guideline and inspiration for every single week. Also, I’m super tickled that you listed Blue SP because that’s what I’ve stayed with. ❤️💙

  15. Thank you for making these meal plans so easy to follow! Every Saturday I open up the Skinnytaste site and my local grocery store’s pickup site. Then I just start adding to my cart! You have saved me countless hours, dollars, and calories! Thank you so much. I also can’t believe you and your team are going to take on the task of updating to all the new WW plans! That’s awesome!

  16. Thanks so much for updating the points totals! I know it’s a lot of work!

  17. I appreciate the meal plans.  I don’t use them every week., but they really help.

  18. Thank you for everything you and your team do. I really appreciate the all the help. Thank you also in advance for updating the recipes to reflect the new WWPlans that is a tremendous amount of work.

  19. Yes, I use the meal plan to help me p,an my week.  I may not use all the recipes but I use it as a starting point in my planning.  Thank you for sharing them with us.

  20. I love your meal plans! You  give me recipes and ideas I never would have thought to make! I’m staying on the “Blue” plan! All the recipes are already figured with the points, so it’s less confusing for me!( i’m to lazy to recalculate everything!) Thank you for your fabulous recipes and meal ideas!

      • Purple is not the same as Simply Filling. Firstly, Simply Filling had a different list of 0 Point foods then Purple does. Secondly, Simply Filling did not have a daily budget or Points. Similar, yes, but as not to confuse folks, its not the same.

BUT, thank you for all you do….I.love your site!
