  1. Thank you for doing this every week. We have been doing these and yours in relish + . Thank you keeping my family healthy since 2018.

  2. I LOVE these meal plans! I really look forward to seeing a repeats pop up in the plan, as I enjoy so many of the recipes, but prefer the ease of using your weekly plan rather than making my own. Repeats help me cook and prep even faster. Thanks so much for making healthy meals so easy.

I usually skip the Saturday lunches because I’ve learned since following your plans that we’re just too busy on Saturdays to stop and prepare something that requires more time (like eggrolls). I’d love a few make-ahead dishes to pop up on the weekends from time to time. Thought that might be helpful feedback.

A breakfast I’ve been enjoying lately that I’ll pass on is protein oatmeal. You can probably make the taste a bit better. Trying to eat it a few times a week to help my cholesterol levels:
    1/2 dry oats
    1 c water
    4 T eggwhites
    1/2 brown sugar
    2-3 T milk

cook the oatmeal according to directions, at the last minute add in eggwhites and stir constantly while they cook. Has a hint of a french toast taste.

  3. Love your recipes really appreciate all your hard work.
    You are a superstar.
I have a question? I cannot eat ground Turkey and
Ground chicken. It smells and it does not taste good.
So I always use ground beef and once it is browned
I rinse it in a collender with Water and return to pan.
How many more points do you think the ground beef
Would be. Thanking you in advance
