7-Day Healthy Meal Plan
Why Should Everyone Meal Plan?
Meal planning is a great way to organize your meals for the week ahead. You also save time and money in the supermarket! And of course, planning ahead helps you stick to your goals!
About The Meal Plan
If you’re new to my meal plans, I’ve been sharing these free, 7-day flexible healthy meal plans (you can see my previous meal plans here) that are meant as a guide, with plenty of wiggle room for you to add more food, coffee, beverages, fruits, snacks, dessert, wine, etc. or swap recipes out for meals you prefer, you can search for recipes by course in the index. You should aim for around 1500 calories* per day.
There’s also a precise, organized grocery list that will make grocery shopping so much easier and much less stressful. Save you money and time. You’ll dine out less often, waste less food and you’ll have everything you need on hand to help keep you on track.
Lastly, if you’re on Facebook join my Skinnytaste Facebook Community where everyone’s sharing photos of recipes they are making, you can join here. I’m loving all the ideas everyone’s sharing! If you wish to get on the email list, you can subscribe here so you never miss a meal plan!
Also, if you don’t have the Skinnytaste Meal Planner, now would be a great time to get one to get organized for 2020! There was a print error last year, but it’s perfect now! You can order it here!
THE DETAILS:
Breakfast and lunch Monday-Friday, are designed to serve 1 while dinners and all meals on Saturday and Sunday are designed to serve a family of 4. Some recipes make enough leftovers for two nights or lunch the next day. While we truly believe there is no one size fits all meal plan, we did our best to come up with something that appeals to a wide range of individuals. Everything is Weight Watchers friendly, I included the updated WW Blue SP for your convenience, feel free to swap out any recipes you wish or just use this for inspiration!
The grocery list is comprehensive and includes everything you need to make all meals on the plan. I’ve even included brand recommendations of products I love and use often. Cross check your cabinets because many condiments you’ll notice I use often, so you may already have a lot of them.
And last, but certainly not least, this meal plan is flexible and realistic. There’s plenty of wiggle room for cocktails, healthy snacks, dessert and dinner out. And if necessary, you can move some things around to make it work with your schedule. Please let me know if you’re using these plans, this will help me decide if I should continue sharing them!

I realized that along with a daily workout routine, a well-balanced diet is more important.
Definitely, working out hard in the gym is great but you should need to keep a check on your daily food intake.
Thank you so much for posting these, they’re so useful and delicious!
Yummy thanks
Thanks for post share 7 day meal plan. I will follow up this meal plan.
I love your meal plans. I have picky eaters, but I choose some for each category for me to eat each week! We have yet to not LOVE one of your recipes. I also have ALL of your cookbooks! Thank you for putting this together each week!
Thank you!!
Is there a problem on your end?? I was printing the recipes and now all of a sudden I can’t print any more??? Strange we checked and double checked my phone and printer.
I don’t think so?
LOVE the flexible ideas and the shopping list!
Thank you for doing this every week. We really love these meal plans
I love these meal plans so much! Helps take the pressure off of planning a weeks worth of healthy meals. Thank you!Â
I’m loving the meal plans and recipes. I post the meal plans on my refrigerator so we always know what we’re having. If I do need to swap a recipe I just pick another day’s recipe and it still fits my nutrition macros and calories. The shopping list is very helpful. I print it out and check off what I have on hand then go shopping for the remaining items. My family and I are enjoying all the recipes. We’ve decided they are definitely restaurant worthy so far!
Thanks Elizabeth!
Hi Gina. I have been using your recipes for a year or two and they are always wonderful. I am going to try your 7-day plan for the first time this week. Thanks for all the work you put into this!
Usually I don’t see this until Sunday and I have no idea what my shopping list is going to look like.  These last two plans have been so great too I haven’t even thought of editing or swapping recipes.  I can get my shopping done tomorrow and meal prep lunches on Sunday! I love your recipes and I even got my husband starting to bring his lunch to work!  Thank you for all you do!
Hi Gina,
I’m not usually one to post comments but I need to thank you for doing the 7 day healthy meal plan. While the whole plan is a bit much for me, I’ve been using your dinner recipes for almost 2 months now and it has changed our lives. I love how I can go to the grocery store once and get everything I need rather than constantly throwing something together out what I have in the pantry to make that night.
My family loves all the recipes so far, even my picky 6 year old is trying new things! My food diary wife is reporting weight loss. I love that everything is fresh and seasonal and I love all the diversity of flavors I’m making.
Thank you so much for making a positive impact in our lives. Can’t wait to try this week’s recipes!
Thank you so much for sharing that with me James! I am so glad you all find it beneficial AND enjoyable! And I LOVE that your 6 year old does too!
