A free 7-day flexible weight loss meal plan including breakfast, lunch and dinner and a shopping list. All recipes include calories and WW SmartPoints®.

Hi all! I am away in Italy this week, can’t wait to share my trip with you when I return but I didn’t forget you! On this plan there are options for BBQ/Potlucks on Saturday and Sunday, you may have to adjust the servings accordingly based on your needs with backyard parties and gatherings.

If you’re new to my meal plans, I’ve been sharing these free, 7-day flexible healthy meal plans (you can see my previous meal plans here) that are meant as a guide, with plenty of wiggle room for you to add more food, coffee, beverages, fruits, snacks, dessert, wine, etc or swap recipes out for meals you prefer, you can search for recipes by course in the index. You should aim for around 1500 calories* per day.

There’s also a precise, organized grocery list that will make grocery shopping so much easier and much less stressful. Save you money and time. You’ll dine out less often, waste less food and you’ll have everything you need on hand to help keep you on track.

Lastly, if you’re on Facebook join my Skinnytaste Facebook Community where everyone’s sharing photos of recipes they are making, you can join here. I’m loving all the ideas everyone’s sharing! If you wish to get on the email list, you can subscribe here so you never miss a meal plan!

Also, if you don’t have the Skinnytaste Meal Planner, now would be a great time to get one to get organized for 2019! There was a print error last year, but it’s perfect now! You can order it here!

THE DETAILS:

Breakfast and lunch Monday-Friday, are designed to serve 1 while dinners and all meals on Saturday and Sunday are designed to serve a family of 4. Some recipes make enough leftovers for two nights or lunch the next day. While we truly believe there is no one size fits all meal plan, we did our best to come up with something that appeals to a wide range of individuals. Everything is Weight Watchers friendly, I included the updated Weight Watcher Freestyle Points for your convenience, feel free to swap out any recipes you wish or just use this for inspiration!

The grocery list is comprehensive and includes everything you need to make all meals on the plan. I’ve even included brand recommendations of products I love and use often. Cross check your cabinets because many condiments you’ll notice I use often, so you may already have a lot of them.

And last, but certainly not least, this meal plan is flexible and realistic. There’s plenty of wiggle room for cocktails, healthy snacks, dessert and dinner out. And if necessary, you can move some things around to make it work with your schedule. Please let me know if you’re using these plans, this will help me decide if I should continue sharing them!

  1. These are really really great! I’ve always lacked creativity when it comes to cooking. If I have a recipe, I can make it. But coming up with my own stuff…? Nope! Nothing as delicious and healthy as most of these meals! I love how easy it is to access the recipes and the tips you add in for any changes/modifications. I make it work with mine and my husband’s schedules. I did a google search for an easy meal plan that I didn’t have to pay arm and leg for some recipes because my husband wanted a healthier diet with much more vegetables and this was the best meal plan page I found! So, THANK YOU!

  2. Just started following your Meal Plans; you are quite right — there is plenty of room for ‘wiggle’! I’ve been mixing and matching from a few plans to make what suits us, and love that I can always find recipes if I have leftovers that I want to use up.
We loved the Potato and Green Bean salad – the flavour was amazing!! And the Grilled Balsamic steak was incredible! Thought we would have neighbours coming around to see what smelled so good on the BBQ!

Had the Spiralled Greek Salad and had a few co workers leaning over my shoulder saying it smelled so good! And tasted wonderful. Thank you and thank you!! Please keep up the excellent work on the Meal Plans

  3. Thank you for putting together these plans! I use them for inspiration for my own meal planning and it helps so much. 🙂

  4. Hi there , I’ve made many of your recipes , now I find you have a weekly meal plan including grocery list !!! I’m so excited to get started , this is ‘exactly’ what I have been looking for!! So much inspiration and what a positive way to keep you on track .. time yo get started😊!!
    Thank you

I noticed that all the recipes have the WW Freestyle points included but are all the calories included since the Freestyle points don’t include the fruits and vegies. Just interested because I like to include all. Thanks.

  6. Love the meal plans. Since there’s just two of us, I can usually spread the meal plan over two weeks. Less shopping!
The zucchini enchiladas were delicious! A little cumbersome to make, but I’ll get better with practice.
I might have missed something, but where are the avocados eaten?

  7. This is my first week following one of the weekly plans. I love it. It is so easy. I have been using your recipes for years. Please keep them coming.

  8. Are the low carb chicken enchilada roll ups the same as the low carb zucchini enchilada roll ups? That’s the recipe that appears once you click link in the meal plan and scroll down for recipe. Unfortunately the shopping list didn’t have zucchini, so I don’t have any! 🙁 am I just missing something here? Thanks!

    1. Oh no! Now I see that zucchini is on the list, but I still am wondering if those two recipes are the same!? Thanks!!

  9. Thank you Gina! Down 6 pounds in the first two weeks, we’ll see tomorrow how week three went!

  10. These plans have been a lifesaver. Some weeks I stare at a blank sheet, totally clueless. These have been the spur I need to plan for success!

  11. **Green salad includes 4 cups mixed greens, 2 scallions, ½ cup each: tomatoes, cucumber, carrots, chickpeas and
    ½ cup light vinaigrette.

Is this for 4 servings? Thanks!

  12. We’ve been using this lately! Just stumbled upon them…we have your cookbook and have been using these for meal ideas the last few weeks. Thanks!
