A free 7-day, flexible weight loss meal plan including breakfast, lunch and dinner and a shopping list. All recipes include calories and updated WW Smart Points.
7-Day Healthy Meal Plan
I can’t believe it is almost July 4th!! In this week’s meal plan you will notice that there is more meat (beef) for the weekend than I usually include. This is for those that might be BBQ-ing for the holiday and serving a small crowd. If meat is too expensive or hard to find, you can swap it for chicken or fish. You can also check my recipes under the July 4th holiday tab. I have also included interchangeable meals for both Saturday and Sunday lunch and dinner meals so you can pick and choose or move things around to work for your schedule. Have a safe and happy 4th!
Why Should Everyone Meal Plan?
Meal planning is a great way to organize your meals for the week ahead. You also save time and money in the supermarket! And of course, planning ahead helps you stick to your goals!
About The Meal Plan
If you’re new to my meal plans, I’ve been sharing these free, 7-day flexible healthy meal plans (you can see my previous meal plans here) that are meant as a guide, with plenty of wiggle room for you to add more food, coffee, beverages, fruits, snacks, dessert, wine, etc or swap recipes out for meals you prefer, you can search for recipes by course in the index. You should aim for around 1500 calories* per day.
There’s also a precise, organized grocery list that will make grocery shopping so much easier and much less stressful. Save you money and time. You’ll dine out less often, waste less food and you’ll have everything you need on hand to help keep you on track.
Lastly, if you’re on Facebook join my Skinnytaste Facebook Community where everyone’s sharing photos of recipes they are making, you can join here. I’m loving all the ideas everyone’s sharing! If you wish to get on the email list, you can subscribe here so you never miss a meal plan!
Also, if you don’t have the Skinnytaste Meal Planner, now would be a great time to get one to get organized for 2020! There was a print error last year, but it’s perfect now! You can order it here!
THE DETAILS:
Breakfast and lunch Monday-Friday, are designed to serve 1 while dinners and all meals on Saturday and Sunday are designed to serve a family of 4. Some recipes make enough leftovers for two nights or lunch the next day. While we truly believe there is no one size fits all meal plan, we did our best to come up with something that appeals to a wide range of individuals. Everything is Weight Watchers friendly, I included the updated WW Blue SP for your convenience, feel free to swap out any recipes you wish or just use this for inspiration!
The grocery list is comprehensive and includes everything you need to make all meals on the plan. I’ve even included brand recommendations of products I love and use often. Cross check your cabinets because many condiments you’ll notice I use often, so you may already have a lot of them.
And last, but certainly not least, this meal plan is flexible and realistic. There’s plenty of wiggle room for cocktails, healthy snacks, dessert and dinner out. And if necessary, you can move some things around to make it work with your schedule. Please let me know if you’re using these plans, this will help me decide if I should continue sharing them!

Thanks for sharing your weekly meal plans!!!
I’ve been using these meal plans for 3 weeks. They are boyfriend approved and we love to swap out some recipes for other. It has been so nice to not really have to “count my calories” and that if I’m sticking to these meals the the counting part is gone. I’ve shed some pounds and I’m full!
Awesome!
Omg I don’t know why I’m only now seeing these meal plans. Thank you so much, they’re so easy to follow and convenient!
Just started back on the WW train three weeks ago and these meal plans have been great. I’ve been a fan of yours for years and I love that you bring back old favorites but add new ideas too. Thanks for all your work. Looking forward to getting the new cookbook!
Thank you so much for taking the time to put these recipe plans together. I’m sure it takes a lot of time and thought. I appreciate it.
These are great! Keep them coming!
Thank you for putting the meal plans together. I have been enjoying your recipes and cookbooks for so long. FINALLY, last week I began using the meal plan. Why did I wait so long?! I appreciate that I can change the servings and swap out meals with one of the other suggestions if need be. And the meals are winners with my family! I am so appreciative!
Wonderful!
I came upon this site and I am amazed and so thankful for the work that you have done to help others! THANK YOU!!
I have been using your plans every week for the last few months! I love them! It makes prepping for the week so much easier for me with a young baby at home. Thank you so much for sharing them!
Love this! I have been doing your meal plans for the last 3 weeks. I usually decide not to do one or 2 of the dinners just because I have something else I need to use up or it’s something my husband doesn’t like. But I have loved every breakfast and lunch and my husband and I have loved every dinner! I’m so excited for this weeks meal plan! 😍 thank you so much
Love your meal plans. Do you have any that use your cookbooks? I have all of your cookbooks and would love to use them more.
I love these menus! They really help when I’m sitting around on a sunday trying to plan out the week!!!
Looks delicious! This will be my first time using the weekly menus and I am excited to give it a try. Question: is there a way to download/edit the shopping list to remove items I have at home? I’m hoping to end up with an electronic version on my phone edited to what I need to purchase (I don’t have a printer). Thank you!
Why can’t I print your Meal Plan?
I’m obsessed with these meal plans (and so is my husband)! We’ve been doing these for the past few weeks and are really enjoying the variety, have lost some much needed weight, and the flavors are amazing! I make some tweaks every week to fit our schedule and tastes but please keep these up! I look forward to seeing what’s on the menu every Sunday!
I am new to WW (well, back to WW) and love these weekly plans. Please continue sharing them!
I love these meal plans and I am so glad you post them! Thank you for all the work you put into this!
This is a beautiful meal plan. Lovely and healthy with a lot of options.
The only issue I have is that…it’s so expensive. The produce alone at my local supermarket is over 100$. That’s just the produce, not counting the meats and things. Like, I can use staples for the pastas, beans and such. I keep those items stocked. But the veg…that’s a lot of veg.
I’m saving it for a later day when the farmers markets open back up. Like I said. Absolutely beautiful and looks so tasty, but this is the type of thing people mean when they say eating healthy isn’t budget friendly.
